In time for the start of the 2019-2020 school year in Washington State, on August 28th Animal Law Offices of Adam P. Karp and United Poultry Concerns filed a petition for rulemaking with Washington's OSPI and WSBE proposing substantive and vital humane education changes to K-12 classrooms in accordance with Washington's statutory mandate.
