* 4 medium bananas or 3 large bananas
* 3/4 cup cane sugar or sucanat
* 1/3 cup melted margarine

* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
* 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts
* 1 tbs flax seed meal (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mash bananas well and then add sugar and melted margarine.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients well and then add to the banana mixture.
