SoySages - Tempeh Sausage Patties

Makes 8 delicious patties
1 eight-ounce package of plain tempeh
2 Tablespoons flour
1 ¼ teaspoons dried rubbed sage
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon “poultry seasoning”
½ teaspoon garlic granules
2 Tablespoons oil
2 Tablespoons soy sauce or Bragg’s Amino Acids
2 Tablespoons warm water
Cut the tempeh into chunks or slabs. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Grate tempeh chunks with coarse grater into a bowl. Add rest of ingredients, mix well, and form into patties. Fry until lightly browned, turning once. Then Eat!
