Subject: Re: [EXTERNAL] Swans on Greenwood Lake

Karen

Thank you for taking the time to submit your concerns and suggestions.

This is a matter before the Commission and is addressed in coordination and consultation with input from the States of New Jersey and New York. The safety and security of the visitors and the resources are carefully considered when decisions such as these are made.

We strongly urge our neighbors to contact police and the NJSP with jet ski concerns. If people are not following the laws and regulations enforcement action is warranted.

Just as you and a number of our neighbors are petitioning the Greenwood Lake Commission to not work with USDA there are a number of neighbors that are calling on the Commission to address the matter of the aggressive swan.

We are carefully considering our options and will be completely transparent with whatever action, if any is pursued.

We value your input and thank you again for your interest in Greenwood Lake.

Stay safe and be well
